food preservative sodium propionate is a kind of food preservative and antifungal allowed by GB2760-1996 regulations in our country, which is used for cakes and cheese. It can be used alone or in combination with propionic acid and sorbic acid. It can also be used as a viscous substance inhibitor for beer and the like.
